Landlord Representation


Attorney Jennifer B. Levy provides counsel and representation to landlords only. Her services include lease preparation, lease review and negotiation, and landlord-tenant litigation, including evictions. Her landlord – tenant practice relates to both residential and commercial leases and exclusively focuses on the landlord.

Mortgage and Lien Foreclosure


If you are facing foreclosure, Ms. Levy can advise you as to any valid defenses you may have and she will vigorously defend you. Also, she can evaluate your loss mitigation options, such as short sale, loan modification, forbearance plan, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure. She will provide a plan to minimize the damage that may result from a foreclosure action. You will not need separate counsel to meet your needs. 

Title Issues and Ownership Disputes


If you find yourself in a real property dispute with a co-owner, or any other issue affecting your title, Attorney Levy can advise you as to your rights and options. You may need to file or defend against a partition or quiet title lawsuit. You may need to judicially correct an error in a deed or extinguish an invalid lien.
